How to remove this gap?

Hello, I have a gap between 2 images on my home page. I have tried editing the rows, and the elements themselves to see if there is any margin or pixel gap in the ‘Design Options’ tab, but I cannot figure it out.

Is this something you can assist me with, I am sure I am missing something small.
