how to remove white space below footer?

Hello,

When I installed Gtranslate plugin, there is a big white space below the footer, please check the website. Have contacted the plugin author, but no response, is there any way to remove this?

Thanks for reply, but it doesn`t help, the problem is not in top and bottom padding.

Another question, AJAX add to cart and Actions after add to cart all not working, just know the issue from other posts, have disabled add to cart option, not sure if it`s the cache or theme issue.

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG

If you use the child theme, switch to the parent.

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

Taking into consideration that it is a staging site I leave it as it is now for you to check.

Please activate the plugins one by one checking the footer in incognito and then activate the child theme to detect what causes the problem.

Please repeat the same procedure: disable all the plugins not related to the theme, and switch to the parent theme, check the Add to cart, and then enable the plugins one by one checking how it works.

I found the issue:

1, Blank white space below footer is caused by Gtranslate plugin, it still exists when enabled, can remove it by using CSS code?
2, Ajax add to cart and actions after add to cart caused by Snapchat pixel plugin, I can remove this plugin by inserting pixel code.

You can translate/rewrite all theme and plugin texts via PO file in WordPress. Here is a video tutorial that should help you translate your website texts with a Loco Translate plugin https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D3NsDdMzsls&list=PLMw6W4rAaOgKKv0oexGHzpWBg1imvrval&index=3

Please check the video tutorial to see how to save the translation file correctly. You can remove the plugin and translations would remain. Also, translations would remain after each theme update.

In order to translate the Woocommerce strings, you need to create a separate translation in Loco > Plugins > Woocommerce in the same way as shown in the video.

You will have not problems with the footer.
