How To Resize Mobile & Tablet Header Images

Hi, I would like to know what I could do to get the header images on top of the category pages & shop page, not to appear so big and cut off in the mobile & tablet views. The zoom appearances of the images appeared really big. Please see the screenshot below of one I took from one of the category pages. Thanks.
