Please provide instructions on how to set it so that only one product thumbnail image is displayed.
Currently, the images in the gallery are also displayed. I want only one image of the product to be displayed as a thumbnail on all sites.

Navigate to Theme Settings > Product Archive > Products Styles > Disable the option “Product gallery”.
