How to set product sorting on shop page

Where can I change the default sorting on the shop page?
I see the default sorting in alphabetical order, I want to change it to random or publish date.

Hello,

You can change the “Default product sorting” from the Appearance >> Customize >> Woocommerce >> Product Catalog.

There is no such option to display the sorting order as random products. But you can display the products by their publish date by selecting the “Sort by most recent” option as in the below screenshot: https://jmp.sh/4adT7Hq
