How to set short codes to articles

I want to set short codes of google adsense only for blog section, before and after the article.
At the moment I use Ad Inserter and when I choice the “before entry” also puts ads before products on the shop.

Please check how it works with a default wordpress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.

Because this is something not related to our theme.
