how to set this footer

i am using elementor and i like this footer how to set this on my website

i attach screenshot also and footer name retail 2-footere

please help me and tell me how to do this

I saw the screenshot you attached.

This footer is created using HTML Block. To add it to your website. Please Go to Theme Settings >> Footer and set footer columns to single.

Then Go to Appearance >> Widgets and using the HTML Block widget add the footer retail-2 Html block.
