How to setup the "Browse Categories" as a mega menu like in demo?

When i hover over the Browse categories drop down it doesn’t show the mega menu i assigned to vibrators category. Why? I setup all example links but it only shows the links in appreance>menu not the HTML block i made and assigned as per your instructions
