How to show “Read More” button in “product grid / list” in CATALOG MODE

I know the product grid will show Read More button if this product is out of stock.
Is it possible to show “Read More” in product grid / list if I enable CATALOG MODE? By editing theme setting or adding codes in theme.
As far as I know, no button will shown if I enable CATALOG MODE

Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that.

It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
