How to Show the Brand Images as its original color on the Prefooter section.

Dear Xtemos,
1. Right now the pre-footer is all grey out and only becoming its original png image color when it is being hover. Can you let me know how to have it shown as original color without grey out?
2. Right now some of my brand image are not align in the middle. Can you please let me know how to fix it?

1. Enter the brand element in the appropriate HTML block and set “default style on hover” http://prntscr.com/lxexik
2. You need to upload equal images in size and proportion
