How to stop product carosal on hover

I have added product tabs name Our collection and inside tabs I have product carousal. The issue is when someone hover the product it should stop carousal so user can add to card the product. Please check

Sorry but there is no such option in Theme Settings available for the carousel to pause on hover as you required.

It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.

actually its a bug, if carousal is activated they how customer can click add to cart button ? because normal carousal time is 3 mins, customer need time to click add to cart button

It is not a bug you can try setting the slider speed according to your needs by editing the specific product tabs.
