How to transfer a “learn more” button to become a “add to cart” in carousel?

Hi, I got two questions and attached images to indicate both:
1. How to make these marked buttons a add to cart button instead of learn more? I want them to be add to cart button, and when a user click on it, the page doesn’t jump to “my cart” page, but stays on the same page.
2. How to add “add to cart” button understand each product card on collection pages? Thanks!
