How to Transfer Only My Theme to a New Test Site

Since I am still in development mode and am not satisfied with my current hosting provider, I purchased new hosting on another test domain. What is the correct procedure to transfer only my theme and its associated settings and files to the new test site?
It will be better for me to create a fresh installation on my side, but I want to save the customization time since my theme is already ready to use.
