    where can i translate the words form attach?

    It helped me like this:

    If you recently updated the theme to the latest version, you need to open the translation with Loco Translate plugin and click on “Sync” button first. It will synchronize the POT file and you will get newly added words.

    Try to translate in Loco > Plugins > Woocommerce
