How to translate the footer (HTML BLOCKS)

Hi,
I can’t translate my site’s footer with WPML. These are HTML blocks that I created.
I created a prefooter in French with HTML Blocks. I added the code in theme settings from woodmart (pre footer). Then, I duplicated my page in English and German and translated the elements. But this is not taken into account on the site, When I go to a German or English page, the pre-footer remains in French. How to do ?

You need to create two equal HTML blocks in different languages.
Then navigate to WPML > String Translation > Choose the admin_text_woodmart_option from the dropdown and find the title and the content block http://prntscr.com/lx5qpz

A last question please. I try to do the same thing with the Footer in Widget.
– I created a HTML Blocks in french
– I duplicated the HTML Blocks in english and german
– I paste the shortcode on the widget footer on WordPress in “Footer colum 1”.
I go to WPML > Sring translation > Widget. I translate the shortcode. But It doesn’t Word. An idea ?

Widgets are translated a bit differently.
Please add all three HTML block widgets and chose the appropriate HTML block and then chose the language https://prnt.sc/100zlwu
