There is a setting in a theme that allows me to remove unused css and javascript from my website and if there is no setting then show me the solution.

You will find all these options in the Theme Settings > Performance.
You will see CSS options, JS options, Icon options, and others. Each option has a description.

Hello,
You can check any theme on ThemeForest and see the same in Google chrome tools. It is not something you should refer to in terms of optimization. Our theme CSS is splitted and loaded only on pages where needed. To activate this option you need to go to Theme Settings -> Performance -> CSS and turn off “Combine CSS files” option.
