This is Godaddy’s support message please read it and tell me how can we resolve this issue

Thank you for the screenshot, I see that theme is not compatible with core version in managed wordpress plan due to security restriction in wordpress and find below document for reference and as the plugins are default and we will be restricted to disable them as we will not be having access to it.

I would request to refer above document shared as the theme script is having issues where it is not compatible with hosting features and unfortunately we will not be having access to disable core plugins which will be default, I would suggest to go with web hosting platforms to use theme without restrictions.

I totally understand your concern, as per theme support we will not be having access to disable system plugin nameservers, could you please check with theme provider what exactly the plugins causing issue with theme as plugins will not cause redirection issues, only control files like .htaccess will cause issue, could you please check with theme provider if they require any root directory level access so based on that we will guide you which platform would suit for theme.
