Taking into consideration that Instagram is going to eliminate AJAX (Deprecated) and Scrape (Deprecated) in the nearest future, we would recommend to take time once and create Facebook account (it is free) and create a facebook page it would take you half an hour but you will get smooth and solid Instagram connection.
We can hardly tell you the reason of the problem as it is on the Instagram side.
