I received an email as attached that the theme has new updates. Once I download the file, how to update the theme properly? Please give me the steps and instructions.

Can you confirm the attached version 8.1.2 is the latest? If it is, then it means my backend has automatically updated it.

Hello,
The latest version of the theme is 8.2. Try to click on the “Check again” button in Dashboard -> Updates to see the latest version for the theme.
