How to update to the new version of the theme

I got an email to update my woodmart theme. see attached. Is there an instruction manual / video of how to do the update? The installation was done by your team, so I don’t know how to install or update it. But I think I need to know.

First of all, I’m really sorry have taken long time to reply you due to the weekend.

Try to do the following to update the theme:

1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.
2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.
4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

I highly recommend you to take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

Or create a devsite – also called a Staging platform where you can test issues, enable/disable features/plugins thus such changes will affect the main site. The below article will help you to create it:
