How to use demo pages in my layout

I want to use the same layout pages as in your demos. However when I go to Templates-> My Templates there are none there. And when I go to Template Library, it says I have to Activate WPBakery Page Builder, which I need to pay another fee to do. I was under the impression that I can use any page layout with no further cost upon buying this theme? Or is there another way to do it?

You can save the template of the demo page https://wpbakery.com/video-academy/use-templates-wpbakery-page-builder/ you can save the whole template or save the row or sections as a template. If you need help, advise which page or which block do you want to have, I shall provide the shortcode.
