First of all, you need to create a footer in the HTML block, where you can build your own footer by means of the builder that you use on the site.
As soon as your Footer is ready you need to set the footer layout one column in the Theme Setings > Footer https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/theme-settings-panel/#footerf5f8-ed0b
Then insert the HTML widget into this Footer column in Appearance > Widgets > Footer column and chose your footer from the drop-down list. Find our documentation tutorial about this here: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/widgets/
