HTML Block > backend page > impossible to define the screen fields

In the backend, we used to have the button on the top-right “screen options”

but since you recently added the top new header in the backend, we can’t reach that button anymore

Please fix this

HTML block is a custom post type and by default, it had these options in the Screen options: https://gyazo.com/9c6245a265a3309e16d6ecec8d9da4c2

At the same time, HTML block is a functional post type and all those options are not applicable for this post type.

It doesn’t matter, the button is not visible anymore while it SHOULD be visible.

This button also provides the ability to define the number of elements per page. You’re blocking me from defining this option.
