lost.hinataParticipantDear WoodMart Support Team,
I am writing to report a new issue.
This morning, I simply changed the title of a category, and it seems to have broken the layout of the HTML block at the top of the page. As you can see, the block is now positioned behind the product grid.
I believe this bug has occurred before. It seems to be triggered by an action or a refresh on a category page, causing this specific bug with the WoodMart theme.
Could you please examine this category page? I am providing admin access below so you can investigate the root cause, provide a fix for the current problem, and advise on how to prevent this from happening again.
Thank you for your assistance.
Kind regards,

lost.hinataParticipantSubject: [URGENT] Critical Recurring Bug on Mobile Product Listing Pages
Hello Woodmart Support Team,
I am writing to you again about a critical bug on my site, and I must admit that my frustration with the theme is growing. Woodmart was excellent at the beginning, but it is now showing random malfunctions that are becoming a major issue.
I chose your theme specifically for its “no-code” capabilities. I strive to build a clean site, but I’m facing bugs that appear for no apparent reason, making them impossible for me to identify.
The specific problem has returned: on the product listing pages (archives/categories), on the mobile version only, the sliding filter widgets panel glitches and leaves a huge blank white space between the top of the page and the product grid.
To give you more context on my troubleshooting attempts: today, I initially suspected the issue might be related to your HTML Block system for short category descriptions. I have had other issues with this feature before (like text appearing behind the product grid), and I started thinking it might be an unstable gadget. Therefore, I have already spent considerable time removing ALL HTML blocks from my category descriptions and reverted to the standard editor. So a major cleanup has already been done on my side.
Despite this, the issue persists. I have a strong suspicion that the bug reappeared right after I made some modifications to my single product page template. I know this should have absolutely no connection with the category/archive page template, which is very strange and suggests a deeper conflict within the theme.
As it stands, my category pages are completely broken on mobile. This is no longer just a cosmetic issue; it is a problem that is directly impacting my revenue.
I am out of options. I need you to please escalate this issue to your developers for an in-depth investigation and a permanent fix.
As usual, I am providing you with administrator access to my site. I urge you to be extremely careful, as the site is live.

lost.hinataParticipantHello, the bug hasn’t recurred, it’s very strange in fact. Now I don’t see it anymore. Anyway, for the moment. I deleted all the short descriptions on my site made with the HTML block, I switched to the basic block. For now it will be fine.
