HTML block can not use wpbakery

How should I use wpbakery editor in HTML blocks? When I add new HTML blocks, the default editor can be used but the wpbakery icon does not show up.

First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :).

I saw the screenshot you attached.

It seems that your settings for the Wp-Bakery Page Builder are disturbed.

Goto >> Dashboard >> Wp-Bakery Page Builder >> Role Manager and enable it from post types as in the screenshot.
