HTML Block Error

We are having an HTML Block import problem. We want to import block element by WPBakkery. As you can see from the image below, we are just waiting to be imported. We’ve been trying for hours, but it’s always the same. We are just waiting. Can you help with this?

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

I solved the problem, thank you very much.

I tried disabling all non-related plug-ins for theme but it didn’t work. There were overlooked updates in the Appearance / Install Plugins section. After updating, the problem was solved.
