Hello. I am creating html blocks on my website. Then, on the single product page, I add the “HTML Block” element I created after the “add to cart” button. But it looks very bad. I’m waiting for your help.

    Hi halilbulbul93,

Thanks for reaching to us and take our apologies for the long delay in answering.

You should deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.

Another problem is that, unfortunately, colors such as white are not visible. What is the additional css code so we can add frames to colors?

    Hi halilbulbul93,

    1. HTML Block

I kindly recommend you to re-create it. I tried to take a look at past version but it still faces same design issue https://prnt.sc/6950MalZx_nu

    2. Color attribute

Navigate to Products > Attributes > edit Attribute > Choose the Swatch style. https://prnt.sc/WkmUIgRDLp4y

Please note that our reply time may vary depending on the number of requests and is up to 24 hours Monday-Friday.

Hello. I deleted the pro and free versions of the plugin and cleared the cache and database. Later, I activated it again, but while it looked normal in the editing area, it appeared incorrectly on the product page. Could you please check again? Also, the response is really late.

    Hi halilbulbul93,

In the last topic, I checked and it was display well and guide you how to place it.

You are using Custom Single Product layout, so you can use Shortcode widget and paste HTML Block shortcode into it https://prnt.sc/8auBwcbX23lV and switch to Mobile Editor to arrange columns you want.

I kindly recommend you to re-create it.

Hello. The area I am talking about is not the area you say. I want to add the relevant code to a single product page.
    Example Link: https://portakalonline.com.tr/urun/benetton-damla-desen-ipeksi-jakar-sal/

    Hi halilbulbul93,

The area you want to place HTML in the reply https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/html-block-error-2/#post-544646 exactly where you wanted in the last topic.

But in this case you did not use Custom Layout, so navigate to Theme Settings > Single Product > Add to cart and in Content section, you can add Text or HTML Block before and after Add to cart button https://prnt.sc/YdrPYQ9rxQTH

In case you place it like the screenshots provided, you need to use Custom Single Layout.

I did what you said many times before I started supporting you on the forum, but none of them were successful. It was also in the screenshots I sent you. Please find representatives who do their job well now. We are waiting for an answer and a solution to the problem for days. You also have a team that doesn’t understand the job and asks ridiculous questions that don’t know what to do even if they understand. We explain a problem 50 times. Let your theme fail and you too, this is neither a ridiculous company nor a ridiculous support team.

Unfortunately, the HTML Blocks I added after the add to cart button appear as text without CSS. Instead of telling me, go to my site and check it yourself, I have given you my login information before and I have sent it again.

2nd problem: the field I want to add is not before and after add to cart. Above the product description area.

    Hi halilbulbul93,

I am always try our my best to assist you.

    1. HTML Block were created by Elementor with Icon box widget, which is default Elementor widgets. While the Custom Single Product layout were created with WPBakery and that’s why the issue occurred.

    2. There is no way to do that without Custom Single Product layout.

In additional to, you are utilizing both Elementor and WPBakery page builders simultaneously. This combination could potentially lead to compatibility issues. I suggest using only one page builder at a time.

    Regards,
