HTML block for multi language website

I have an online store in three languages. I am using WPML.
I need to make an additional tab for the products. It has to switch between languages. However, now I can use one page in all languages only.
Is it possible to use HTML block for every language?

You need to clone the HTML and translate it to another language.

Then navigate to WPML > String Translation > Choose the admin_text_woodmart_option from the dropdown and find the title and the content block http://prntscr.com/lx5qpz
