HTML Block in Mega Menu stuck loading

I have a mega menu, using HTML blocks.

All categories show up fine, but a few of them are showing up with a spinning circle instead.

I have tried clearing the cache for the entire site, and for these specific HTML blocks as well, still no luck.

Any ideas?
