HTML block in menu

    Good afternoon Woodmart support,

    In the new demo, Marketplace 2, you are using an HTML block within the menu.
    I imported the demo into our test environment and tested it — everything works perfectly there. However, when I try to replicate this on the live environment of janwit.nl, the menu does not save correctly. As soon as I try to set an HTML block (just like in the test environment) and attempt to save the menu, the entered fields are cleared again, and the HTML block is not displayed.     How can I ensure that an HTML block is also displayed in the mobile menu?
    We’ve set up a testing website, where we have disabled all plugins apart from WP Bakery, Woodmart core and the maintenance mode plugin, however this does not seem to fix the issue.

    Hello,

    Increase the max_input_vars value on your server – https://prnt.sc/2iyJ3mv0EFvH and other values from that screenshot. When the changes will apply to the server, recheck the issue and let me know.

    Hi Luke,

    That seems to have fixed the issue on the staging enviroment. I will check if this works on the main website tomorrow, since the hosting provider is running some checks on the server today (so I can’t purge the cache today).

    I’ve just tested the feature on the live website with the input vars changes, that fixed the issue.
