I am using WPML and I have translated my promo popup from English (HTML # 212) to Spanih (HTML # 2052) however I have not being able to display the popup spanish version when my site is in spanish.

Please your guidance on how to setup HTML to be used in spanish version.

I know the setting that we need to set up the html block ID is in shop->promo popup. But my question is how to say to the system that for English take the html block 212 and for Spanish take the block ID 2052?

You need to specify different values for different languages.
