Html block on Cart page through Code Snippets

I’m adding a testimonial element to the Cart page but cannot figure out how to output the html block code. Is there any way to copy paste the HTML block code and paste it directly into Code Snippets?

The cart page is a functional page and it is not editable, it is not possible to insert the code into the template.
You can insert the HTML block in the pre footer for the cart page by means of Theme Settings presets: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/theme-settings-presets/
