HTML block (promo pop) losses translation of WPML

Hello,
I have a HTML block of a pop up translated into Spanish and Italian with the WPML plugin, the problem is that previously the Italian translation looked good but now it does not. The rest of the web is displayed well translated except the HTML block that I comment.
How could I solve this? If I go to the String translations section, the strings appear as they should, with their corresponding translations, but it is not shown in the front end. I’ve tried to active/reactivate WPML plugin but it still doesn’t work.
