I saw the screenshot you attached and visited your website. Please provide with the URL of the page where you are trying to add the html block to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

Because currently I am unable to see the area as in the screenshot.

I have logged into your website and found that your area trying to add the HTML block in the description of posts categories. The HTML Block only works for the product categories description area not posts categories.

You cannot display them in the posts categories section.

As I mentioned in my previous reply the HTML Block in the description doesn’t work for posts categories they only works for product categories is its default behavior and there is no option in Theme Settings to change it.

Sorry but You are mistaken about the functionality of the html blocks working in the description area.

Sorry we haven’t tested the posts categories description for any shortcodes. You can try using plain text there.
