loraloraParticipantHi, I added the user information I needed to the sidebar of my account, via HTML Blocks. I just added it in the sidebar widgets. Please tell me, how can I move this information from the HTML Blocks up and fix it there forever?

loraloraParticipantI also ran into a slight inconvenience. On mobile, the “my account” sidebar is at the top. (please see the photo) and mine is not visible at all.
2. When I go to my account, I need to be able to click on the sidebar call (for example, like a sidebar in a store). And in this menu, I saw the content of the sidebar for my account.
3. I would like to hide the apartments with icons from my account, and add information there, also via HTML Blocks. Did I use css? and the blocks are gone, but when I add an account to the page under the [woocommerce_my_account] shortcode, I get the wrong result that I want. Can you please tell me how to add information there correctly? I want to be able to add my own information instead of .wd-my-account-links. thanks
Please tell me how can I do this?
I have combined the two support requests as I believe they complement each other.September 18, 2021 at 3:08 pm #319502

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Unfortunately, My account page is not editable, it is not possible to add any information. You can rewrite all the strings with Loco plugin, you can delete items in My Account, however, it is not possible to add your information.
Alternately, you can add an HTML block into the pre-footer, and disable on all other pages. As the result, the information would appear in My account only before the footer.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
Best Regards

I compare the mobile view of my site and your screen, My Account page works in the way it does. This is Woocommerce template and WoodMart theme does not influence this page structure.

My Account page is a functional page as well as shop page, checkout page, shopping cart page. These pages are not editable, we do not recommend adding any content to the pages. If you need to customize this page you will have to search for a plugin or developer as our support does not cover Woocommerce customization.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
Best Regards
