HTML BLOCKS missing

Hello,
I have an issue with non-existent HTML blocks in my theme. Their count is 25, and I think it should be 47. It seems this issue appeared with latest WordPress update. Can you please help?

Yes that is the problem! On the other site where I am also using Woodmart theme, I have 47 of them and they are all working.

On this site, they are broken, with none or also broken editing features.

I am using WP Bakery

Can you please just help to bring back my home page elements which have now dissapeared?

As we can see, you have removed your old elements and replaced them with Elementor builder. You can restore them if you have some backups on your server. Contact your hosting provider for help on this matter.
Otherwise, you want to restore our original dummy content, you would need to reset everything on your website reinstall the theme from scratch.
