Html Blocks on menu doesnt shown

Without any reason the html blvocks cannot be edited and they cannot be shown on menu. Any help?

I am trying to edit html blocks so i can use it in mega menu, first of all i cannot see the result of an html block, i can see only the edit page. And secondly i can add them on menu
Try to add a Visual Composer builder interface to HTML Blocks in Dashboard -> WPBakery Page Builder -> Post Types -> Custom.
