HTML Blocks – prefooter links

Hello,
I can’t figure something out. On my website i have the footer disabled and instead i inputed two HTML shortcodes in HTML before footer – the outcome (see picture 1 – only links)
Then i have another site (also Woodmart) with the same footer settings and same html block.
But somehow the output looks like this (see picture 2).
What could be causing this ?

You could insert the wrong shortcode of the HTML block. Please check twice.
