HTML Blocks – Uncategorized Category Reappearing Issue

Issue
In the HTML Blocks section, under HTML Block Categories, the “Uncategorized” category Is renamed and saved. But after refreshing the page, it reappears as “Uncategorized”
Behavior
The category cannot be deleted or permanently modified
It cannot be hidden via cms_block
It cannot be blocked from search engines
Result
The category is indexed by Google
Guest users see:
Empty
Unstyled
Meaningless CMS pages
This negatively affects SEO and user experience
.
