We are trying to add HTML code to our website, but it is not working. We are very familiar with your theme, having tested the code on another website we have that also uses your theme, and it works perfectly there.
We have tried changing the theme and deactivating all extensions, but we still have the same problem—the code does not appear. We have tried adding it in a text block.
We have provided you with the login details via private message. You can run tests without any issue, even though the site is live. This is not a problem at all for the time being.
