http 500 error

Hi,
I’m trying to install the theme but when completed the site go down (errot http 500).
I’ve seen that the folders and files have not the right permissions (usually 755 for folders and
644 for files).
Coudl You please help?

by thw way, please find the error when I try to activate the theme:

Fatal error: Cannot declare class WPBakeryShortCode_testimonials, because the name is already in use in /home/falegnamia/shop/wp-content/themes/woodmart/inc/vc-element/testimonials.php on line 206

By the way I tried to install the theme to another website (different hosting too) but there are same problems to install the theme.
I purchased and installed several themes but never had similar troubles.
Please assist, thank You
