Is there an option to limit the code to category block only?

Your given login details are still not working. Please try to use the below custom CSS code and paste it to Theme Settings >> Custom CSS >> Global CSS section:

.tax-product_cat .wd-carousel-wrap {
    display: ruby-text;
    text-align: center;
}
