You have closed the topic, the issue is not resolved… It’s a bug with the theme and it’s function.
I had to work around it, but could not reply as you closed the topic

It needs to be logged and fixed in a future update… not closed and brushed under the table…

To assist you in the best possible manner, I kindly ask that you please provide me temporary wp-admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password) to Private Content area, this will allow me to thoroughly investigate and address your concerns in a more efficient.
Would you mind if I switch to parent theme (in case you are using Child theme) and deactivate extra plugins for testing? Please confirm me back.
