i have only install required plugins that was listed in installation documentation

We have reset your website and imported the dummy content without any issues. If you face this problem again, please contact us so we can investigate this further.
Also note that you need to deactivate your website license in your account on our website and activate it again in WoodMart -> Theme License. https://xtemos.com/my-account/
