Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:
Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG
Switch to the parent theme and check how it works.
If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

but its still not working
just to let you know that i figured the issue is with Jquery in WP bakery
if check console you can see alot of jquery issues out there

I have disabled the child theme and switched to the parent.

Now I enabled all as it was, please follow the same steps and tell which element does not work, when the parent theme is active and all the plugins are deactivated.
If everything works well in the conditions I describe, activate the plugins one by one checking how the WP bakery works.
