I am not able to activate my license after shifting server

Hello team. So I am website designer & I am redeveloping my client’s wordpress website- The domain is https://nemah.in.

So the client already had nemah.in running on a different server before & I had purchased woodmart theme for the client & had installed it on that server. Soon we realized that that server was very bad so we decided to change the servers. Now I had reset the website and asked the previous developer to delete the website from their server & they did.

Now I have bought a new hostinger server for the client & have installed wordpress here. When I tried activating the woodmart license here it says- You already activated the theme and don’t have more domains for this license.

Why is this showing up? I want to use it on my existing server only & nowhere else. If it is still active somewhere (which should not be the case as I had already deleted everything) how can I remove it from there soo that I can activate it here?

Please assist as soon as possible.

Can you remove my license from any previous servers so that I can install it here? I am not able to do the same

You need to click on the “Deactivate” button for your domain in your account on our website https://xtemos.com/my-account/
Then you will be able to activate the license on your new server without any issues.

Ok it got activated. Can you please confirm from your end if everything is good to go?

Also tell me one thing, I was able to activate the woodmart theme & use it without activating the purchase code. How is this possible? What is the point of me buying the license then? Someone can just activate the theme on their website & start using it. They won’t have their unique purchase code but it is anyways not necessary to run the theme right?

So is the woodmart theme free to use?

Till now I was under the impression that I wont be able to activate & use the theme till I activate the purchase code. But I was able to use the theme freely. Help me understand this. So someone can just use the woodmart file which they can get from someone else & install it on their website without having to pay? Please clear this doubt

Hello,

Without theme activation, you are not allowed to use our theme. You will not receive future updates for the theme and included plugins. You also will not have access to our support.
