I am not able to add a custom screen option in Woocommerce -> Orders

Please help me out on this urgent issue for my business:
I am not able to assosiate orders with exact location of the users.
That location appears in all users (they select it in dropdown) and I need to see that location to be able to send the products exactly there. I need it in the orders, to appear in the PDF invoice – basically anywhere related to that users

1. Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

I gave you access to the platform.
Just go to Woocommerce -> Orders, and you will see that I don’t have the screen option “Pavilon & City”.
That field is filled by user on user creation and should be used and assosiated with that user. Basically it is their location in which I am going to send orders.
