I am unable to upload woodmart.zip file

Hi all,

I have tried uploading the file woodmart.zip onto my wordpress site but it keeps coming up with the link you followed has expired. Why would it be coming up with this message ?

As soon as you have downloaded the theme from the ThemeForest, extract the files and upload ZIP with the theme only. Make sure your archive does not contain inner archives.

If you cannot upload, please provide you site admin access.
