I can not change the icons

Hi

I have two problems
1. I can not change the icon. the old icon is not deleted. (See in the photo)
fontawesome – I can not use another icon? For example To upload by myself.

2. In the menu when I add a new one, Adds a smaller version (Compare to the photo)
I mean I can not add – Design, Load HTML dropdown with AJAX, Open on mouse event, Label text, Label color, Dropdown text color scheme, One page anchor and others.

I saw the screenshots you attached.

1) You can change the icon by editing the category from Products >> Categories.

2) This is how it works. By default you need to save the menu first then the custom fields will appear.
