I can not disable pop out when entering website

When using incognito window to land on my site in front page by desktop, it shows a pop out, seems like promo popup in shop setting. But I already disable it, could you please check it for me? I want to disable it.

Please clean your site cache and check again. Such often may happen due to cache plugins.

It is wired because I already disable all cache plugin. But I still enable one of them, then cleaned it’s cache, and disable it again. Now it works well. Thanks
